Digital access problems

Contact Dominion Healing promptly if a purchased digital product is not delivered, cannot be accessed, is duplicated, or is materially different from its description. The transaction and available remedy will be reviewed.

Custom work

Custom reports and other personalized work may have different cancellation or refund terms after work begins. Those terms must be confirmed before payment.

Memberships

Membership billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms must be disclosed before enrollment.

Third-party purchases

Purchases completed through Amazon or another third party are governed by that provider's checkout, shipping, return, and refund terms.

Use the contact form and include the product name and transaction date. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or medical records.
