• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing for products and services is subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and confirmed.

6. Digital Product Sales and Refund Policy

When you purchase a digital product (including but not limited to e-books, journals, guides, templates, and downloadable resources) from Dominion Healing:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal purposes.
• Delivery is electronic. You will receive access to your purchased product immediately upon successful payment, either via direct download or email delivery.

7. Surplus Funds Recovery Services

Our surplus funds recovery services operate under the following terms:

• Fee Structure: In accordance with Florida Statute Section 45.033, our service fee shall not exceed 12% of the first $100,000 of the recovered surplus and 8% of any amount exceeding $100,000. No fees are collected unless and until surplus funds are successfully recovered on behalf of the claimant.
• No Guarantee of Recovery: While we exercise diligence in identifying and pursuing surplus fund claims, we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular claim will result in a successful recovery. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including court decisions, competing claims, and applicable laws.
• Client Cooperation: Claimants must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information as requested. Failure to cooperate or providing false information may result in termination of services and could jeopardize the claim.
• Independent Legal Counsel: We strongly recommend that claimants consult with a licensed Florida attorney for legal advice regarding their individual circumstances. Our services do not create an attorney-client relationship.
• Regulatory Compliance: Our surplus recovery operations comply with all applicable provisions of Florida Statutes, including but not limited to F.S. 45.031, F.S. 45.032, F.S. 45.033, and F.S. 45.034.

16. Entire Agreement
